Breva is a flat, located on the second floor in the town of Menaggio. It is close to everything that you could need, supermarket next door, a great bakery/pastry/caffe across the street, the Lido with beach and pool is very short walk away as is the lake front promenade.

A great spot as it is also close to public transportation, the bus stop, for thoes of you who prefer to not have a car and not have to deal with Lake Como roads!



This flat has recently been renovated and offers a fully equipped kitchen/living/dining room.

A large Master bedroom with double bed (160x200) and one single bed (80x200), and one single bedroom with a single bed. we can also supply a baby cot if needed.

This set up is perfect for a family or friends who don't mind sharing a bedroom.

The family bathroom with a walk in shower has also been totally refubuishe and is of high quailty.



Lovely views are to be had from the balcony of the Master bedroom and from window in the living area. Going down stairs to the shared garden, you can enjoy the shared but gated garden so children can play and cars can be safely parked.



Breva is the name of the most famous wind of Lake Como, the one that you desire on hot summer afternoons, it arrives from up Lecco at approx 4:30/5pm and cools everone one off with its lovely breeze! It generally brings nice weather so it is a wind that everyone loves!
