Deposit: 25% of total rent
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A deposit payment of 25% of the rental cost will be requested to confirm your booking. The balance is payable one month before your arrival.
The service charge includes: linen, towels and final clean.
A security deposit of €250 will be pre-authorized on your card and released after checkout.
Arrivals after the indicated check in times will occur an extra charge of 100€ if LoveComo presence is needed or requested.
Heating and AC expenses are added on to the daily rates.
