Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright open space that combines the living room and kitchen. The chef in your group will be pleased to know they won't be isolated in a separate kitchen but can be part of the company even while cooking for everyone.
The large sofa provides ample space for everyone, ideal for a fun movie night at home. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot for a morning coffee, or you can take it upstairs to enjoy it on the second-floor terrace, savoring the view from your master bedroom.
The main floor of the villa offers a fantastic outdoor patio/garden that completely surrounds the villa. The pool is literally a dive away, and a refreshing swim is always within reach. Sun loungers and pool towels are available for your comfort. Additionally, the barbecue is located at the back of the garden, with extra table space, so you can grill to your heart's content!
Heading upstairs, you'll find two master bedrooms, both spacious and with access to the front terrace overlooking the lake. The Queen beds, equivalent to Italian doubles, measure 160x200 cm, offering optimal comfort. Both rooms feature a full ensuite bathroom with a shower, basin, bidet, and WC.
On the ground floor, there are the third and fourth bedrooms, equipped with skylights that keep them cool during the hotter months. One room has a Queen-sized bed, while the other has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
Also on this floor, you'll find a study with a large desk and two comfortable armchairs, the perfect place to work if necessary or simply to retreat to a cool and quiet space to read.
The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
The villa has a spacious garage that can easily accommodate two cars. In the garage, there is also a laundry area with a washer, dryer, ironing facilities, and a folding table.
