The Villa Navalia Penthouse is perched in a spectacular position above the Nobiallo Marina with dominating views of Lake Como. This modern apartment gives you a wonderful contemporary space where you can truly experience loft-style living in sumptuous surroundings. Villa Navalia has its own private marina and port service and you can enjoy the convenience of arriving home in a water taxi.
Villa Navalia Penthouse is a beautifully appointed modern apartment located directly on the lake and overlooks the marina.
2 rentals sit in the same villa, situated directly on the lakefront; you rent the Marina (sleeping 12), the Penthouse (sleeping 6), or book them together as the Whole Villa (sleeping 18). The two properties have independent entrances and are completely separate.
The Penthouse Apartment is located on the top floor of the Villa Navalia and sleeps up to 6. It is a comfortable, modern and relaxing retreat. Entering the apartment you are welcomed by the open space living area with white wood ceilings and floor to ceiling windows capturing the light and lake views.
The sitting area is comfortable and hosts all of the guests comfortably, includes Sat TV, DVD, CD player and internet access and features a small fireplace for the cooler evenings.

The kitchen, modern and fully equipped also has a breakfast bar and aperitif island for social occasions. For those of you who wish to eat at home but do not want to cook the Villa Navalia offers a menu choice with a delivery service.
The living space has a terrace that directly overlooks the lake to the front, spacious enough to have some outside space and smaller openings to the sides of the buildings where you can find a private spot to relax.
The bedrooms are spacious, all with white wood beamed ceilings as in the living area and a small privte balcony. All three bedrooms have an ensuite with bathtub or shower and a private safe in each room too. 2 bedrooms are double and one offers a twin beds.
Villa Navalia offers you the luxury of reserved private parking with up to six spaces that are just outside your front door.

As Villa Navalia is located just above the touristic marina of Nobiallo we can arrange for a boat service to drop off a boat to your directly at your property. Boats with or without licence are available. The best way to see the lake is from the lake! For more information, just ask and we can point you in the right direction!
By booking both Villa Navial apartments: Penthouse and Marina, it can also cater for larger parties such as engagements, weddings, product launches and business meetings. Private cooks, chefs, waiting staff and assistants can be arranged for you. The large terrace is the perfect spot for these types of celebrations. Please contact us with an idea of your requirements.
Deposit: 25% of total rent
A deposit payment of 25% of the rental cost will be requested to confirm your booking. The balance is payable one month before your arrival.
In the colder months heating charges will be applied, correctly calculated by a meter reading and payable at departure.
Please keep in mind that the municipality of Menaggio charges a tourist tax of €2 per person (over 14 yrs) per day for a maximum of 10 days stay. This amount will be collected by LoveComo at arrival.

TOURIST TAX AND ARRIVAL
Please keep in mind that the municipality of Menaggio charges a daily tourist tax of €2 per person (children below 14 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 10 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by LoveComo at check in. We will also request your personal documents (passport or id card) for tourist registration.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in time is between 3 to 6pm.
It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email to: info@lovecomo.com so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of arrival times outside the stipulated hours of 3 to 6pm, we reserve the right to charge a €50 surcharge to cover late arrival costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit.
Should you wish to arrive earlier than 3pm and your property is ready, we will be happy to conduct an earlier check in.
Check out is prior to 10am. Please contact us if you require a later check out than 10am and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
HEATING
in winter months heating is not included in the rent. A gas meter reading will be taken on your arrival and departure and correctly calculated at check out and payable in cash to LoveComo.
